Overview As a Junior Digital Activation Manager, you support the translation of digital strategy into concrete activation plans and help ensure smooth campaign delivery across channels. You work closely with senior activation managers, consultants and channel experts to coordinate campaign roll-out, follow up on performance and ensure high-quality execution aligned with business goals, timelines and KPIs. This role is designed as a learning and growth position within the Digital Activation team at PMX (Publicis Media Exchange). You will gain hands-on experience across channels, platforms and tools, while progressively building your expertise in campaign coordination, performance analysis and activation workflows. You report to the Digital Activation Director and evolve in a collaborative, data-driven environment where teamwork, curiosity and operational excellence are key. Responsibilities This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. Campaign Ownership & Delivery Support and manage campaign delivery under guidance of senior team members Translate media and digital strategy into clear activation plans, with defined channel roles, KPIs, budget allocation and deliverables. Coordinate expert teams to ensure campaigns are launched correctly, on time and in line with the approved strategy 2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Monitor campaign delivery and performance across channels to ensure alignment with KPIs and business goals. Analyze performance data and identify clear actions to improve results across the funnel. Work with experts to identify and implement optimizations 3. Budget & Cost Management Monitor budget delivery and pacing across channels, ensuring investments are aligned with the agreed plan. Flag risks, inefficiencies or delivery issues early and propose solutions where needed 4. Data Analysis & Reporting Consolidate campaign performance into clear activation-level reporting and actionable recommendations. Translate campaign results into concrete learnings for future planning and optimisation. Support consultants and client teams with relevant execution insights for reporting and presentations 5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of coordination for activation topics across consultants, experts and client teams. Ensure smooth collaboration between search, social, programmatic, creative and analytics stakeholders. Proactively identify issues, dependencies or gaps and help resolve them before escalation 7. Technical & Platform Expertise Maintain a strong understanding of digital media platforms, tracking principles and activation workflows across channels. Use ad tech, automation tools and dashboards to support efficient campaign follow-up and decision making. Stay up to date with platform evolutions, digital advertising trends and best practices Qualifications You are at the start of your career in digital marketing or media, with a first experience, internship or strong interest in digital activation.
