VEJA is opening a new store in Antwerp!
As we continue to expand our Retail presence across Europe, we're looking for a passionate and committed Store Manager to lead this exciting new opening. You will build your team from the ground up, create an exceptional customer experience, and bring VEJA's values to life in a brand-new store.

Your role
* Lead, train, and support the store team.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and a positive working environment.
* Deliver a simple, attentive, and consistent customer experience.
* Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions.
* Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation.
* Oversee stock levels, deliveries, and internal processes.
* Communicate with head office and share field insights

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Profile
* Proven experience in retail team management.
* Strong sense of service, reliability, and team vision.
* Organized, autonomous, and detail oriented.
* Interest in responsible fashion and VEJA's mission.
* English required
