Funções:

* Habilidade transacional tanto com time interno como externo, possibilitando boas negociações na colocação dos riscos destes produtos;
* Gestão de números, acompanhamento de forecast da área;
* Criatividade e inovação para adaptação ao novo momento do mercado segurador, bem como criação de produtos que possam aumentar a penetração do produto nos clientes Marsh e prospecção de novos clientes;
* Revisão/criação de facilities simplificando a parte operacional da área

Requisitos:
* Inglês fluente
* Gestão de equipe
* Habilidades tecnológicas e visão de futuro com IA
* Conhecimento / relacionamento com mercado segurador
* Conhecimento profundo do seguro de Risco de Engenharia e RC Obras
* Visão de gestão de risco de obras
