Delivers on customer / business requirements using language, market and customer expertise, leading the resolution of client data issue cases and high complexity Content projects.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
* Performs data investigation on diagnostic and descriptive output during the course of all projects
* Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other on-going project work
* Oversees and reviews the work of Analysts, improving their knowledge and helping to train and develop
* Delivers to customer / business requirements, adhering to quality metrics set and performs analysis whilst applying the understanding of financial content, languages, customers, and the Financial Markets and industry
* Leads in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues
* Understands, documents and communicates End to End data flows for relevant content from source to product
* Implements process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or equivalent
* Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish are a must on the role to cover the LATAM region
* Moderate experience with Python, Power APP and Power BI are needed in order to develop and work quality control metrics and automations!
