Come be part of the EMIT Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

What role you will play in our team

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM and PP-PI modules to ensure efficient system performance aligned with business needs. You will work closely with key users to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, while also executing unit and integration testing to guarantee system reliability and quality. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams-including functional, technical, and business stakeholders-to deliver effective and scalable solutions that support ongoing operations and continuous improvement.

What you will do

* Analyze, configure, and provide support for SAP QM and PP-PI modules
* Gather and understand business requirements from key users
* Execute unit testing and integration testing
* Maintain functional and technical documentation
* Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams

About you

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong Analytical skills and ability to problem solving and troubleshooting
* Basic understanding on integrations and data flows
* Strong investigative and analytical mindset.
* Bachelors in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

* Previous experience in Supply Chain IT
* Previous experience with SAP support
