The Brazil Inbound team (BRIO) is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products from suppliers to distribution centers, maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand. Within BRIO, the Inbound Control Tower represents a critical operational pillar that orchestrates and optimizes all inbound flows across the network. The Inbound Control Tower Manager position will own the end-to-end coordination of inbound operations, including cross-dock flows, vendor receipts, and transfers, ensuring maximum capacity utilization and optimal inventory placement across the Brazil network.
The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data and operational insights to drive network efficiency and implement scalable solutions that directly impact capacity utilization and inventory positioning. They have a strong track record of delivering results in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, leading through influence and data-driven decision-making, and thrive in a fast-paced setting working with large datasets, solving complex problems related to capacity constraints, flow optimization, and network coordination, while building strong partnerships with warehouse operations, transportation, vendor management, and network planning teams.
Key job responsibilities
As an Inbound Control Tower Manager, you will own the end-to-end coordination and optimization of inbound flows across the Brazil network. You will orchestrate cross-dock operations, vendor receipts, and transfer flows to maximize capacity utilization and inventory placement efficiency, develop and implement mechanisms to monitor and optimize inbound capacity across all facilities, drive decision-making on flow prioritization and routing to balance network constraints and customer demand, analyze capacity utilization patterns and identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce bottlenecks, lead cross-functional coordination with warehouse operations, transportation, and vendor management teams to ensure seamless execution, build and maintain real-time visibility tools and dashboards to monitor inbound performance, implement process improvements and standardization across the network to enhance operational efficiency, and develop mechanisms to measure and improve key performance indicators related to capacity utilization, on-time delivery, and inventory placement accuracy.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Program or project management experience
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Supply chain experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience driving process improvements experience
