Perform operations in order to provide highly professional, collaborative, security/enterprise protection leadership that supports operations and facilitates the continued success of the business. Strive to reduce impacts to business through effective risk mitigation and response in order to protect our people, property, products, information and reputation.
Principais responsabilidades
1. Fornecer liderança pragmática e de nível especializado para a função de segurança do âmbito suportado, alinhada com os objetivos, metas e prioridades do Grupo.
2. Implementar e gerir políticas/programas de gestão de segurança e mitigação de riscos alinhados com os objetivos globais de segurança e gestão de riscos da Air Liquide.
3. Gerir e garantir a conformidade com os programas regulamentares relacionados com a segurança.
4. Realizar Avaliações de Vulnerabilidade de Segurança e liderar auditorias de segurança para as instalações das entidades da Air Liquide em todos os clusters designados.
5. Realizar, apoiar e/ou auxiliar em vários tipos de investigações em apoio à empresa, conforme necessário.
6. Criar, promover e implementar programas de formação e sensibilização relacionados com a segurança para abordar os riscos de proteção e de negócio num ambiente em evolução.
7. Compreender e monitorizar ameaças existentes e emergentes para o negócio, bem como fornecer soluções inteligentes e eficazes para problemas existentes e previsíveis.
