How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável por analisar, propor e implementar iniciativas visando a entender e melhorar a rentabilidade das áreas industrial e medicinal, visando melhorar o desempenho das regionais e orientar para o atingimento das metas estabelecidas para o negócio.
Alocar custos a vendas individuais para todos os centros de custos da cadeia de fornecimento de ALB
Coordenar iniciativas de controle e melhoria contínua de margem bruta e lucro operacional para cada linha de produtos da área
Animar a divulgação de margem bruta por venda, assegurando o entendimento das equipes comerciais e operacionais e garantir um ciclo contínuo para melhorar os modelo de apuração
Avaliar periodicamente a aplicabilidade dos tanques nos nossos clientes para evitar a compra desnecessária de ativos
Elaborar materiais que auxiliam o campo no melhor direcionamento dos ativos e em oportunidades de aplicação mais rentáveis
Coordenar projetos de otimização de ativos, visando a melhorar margem bruta através de eficiência operacional
