Job Purpose

* Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices on site, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and legal requirements.
* Act proactively and educationally, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.

Job Description

* Perform HSE activities in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
* Investigate incidents using the TOP SET technique
* Support hazard identification and risk assessment
* Participate in meetings with employees and contractors
* Conduct trainings based on HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements
* Input and monitor data in the Intelex system
* Ensure personal and collective safety in the workplace
* Support audits, inspections, and emergency drills
* Develop training and awareness materials
* Monitor contractors and support change management processes
* Track and control HSE performance indicators

You are meant for this job if:

* Mandatory technical education: Occupational Safety Technician course (accredited by the Ministry of Education)
* Languages: Intermediate English (preferred)
