Job Title: R&D Formulation and Application Specialist, LATAM
City: Campinas, SP

As an R&D Formulation and Application Specialist, LATAM you will be responsible for leading product development in the food industry, combining technical expertise with project management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. This role includes hands-on formulation work and client support. A strong understanding of market trends and technical requirements is essential.

Your key responsibilities

* Develop formulations that ensure the functionality and stability of nutrient systems (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nutraceuticals, and nutritional ingredients) for various product applications on the food industry.
* Act as the main point of contact with clients in formula development and troubleshooting.
* Work in laboratories and pilot plants to prepare samples and support large-scale production.
* Effectively manage projects to ensure timely delivery, technical feasibility, and adherence to deadlines.
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver technical information to diverse audiences are essential.

You Bring

* Experience in a corporate environment within the nutrition, food, and/ or specialty ingredients/chemicals industries.
* Extensive industry knowledge with solid experience in product development areas that are strategically relevant to Human and Specialized Nutrition (e.g. Dietary Supplement, Medical and Infant Nutrition, Food & Beverages).
* You bring inspiration and open-mindedness, encouraging exploration and new possibilities for growth.
* Strong pragmatism and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs, demonstrating a sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to design new solutions, combined with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
* Advanced proficiency in in Spanish and English is preferred.
