The Canadian Sales Trainee Program
The Canadian Sales Trainee Program is a structured path to a Sales Professional career in Canadian commercial real estate. You will join a cohort of Trainees across the country for a foundational training program, building a strong network of colleagues to support you into your future career.
In your first two years of the role, you will gain broad exposure to the business, including rotations across teams and functions and ongoing experiential learning, before determining your individual path to becoming a fully commissioned Salesperson.
Paired with market-leading brokers, you will gain hands-on mentorship, exposure to all major property types, and the relationships and strategic thinking that produce lasting careers. This program is your launchpad - and it works.
