Job Description:

Supervisor/a de Prevención de Riesgos (SST)

Objetivo del cargo

* Asegurar de manera sistemática y preventiva que las actividades de obra (obras civiles, montajes, instalaciones y tareas auxiliares) se ejecuten bajo condiciones controladas, mediante herramientas de identificación y evaluación de riesgos (p. ej., IPER/AST, PTS, inspecciones y observaciones), verificación de EPP, gestión de desviaciones/no conformidades y control del desempeño preventivo de contratistas/subcontratistas.
* Sostener una cultura de seguridad consistente, habilitando decisiones de control en tiempo real, incluyendo facultad de detención preventiva (Stop Work) cuando corresponda, y manteniendo evidencia documental trazable para auditorías y fiscalización.

Principales responsabilidades

* Supervisar en terreno el cumplimiento de SST (y lineamientos ambientales cuando aplique), ejecutando inspecciones planificadas y registrando hallazgos, responsables y plazos de cierre.
* Controlar trabajos de alto riesgo (altura, izaje, excavaciones, eléctricos), verificando permisos, barreras críticas, competencias y condiciones de equipos.
* Gestionar desviaciones y no conformidades, definiendo acciones correctivas, asegurando seguimiento y cierre oportuno con trazabilidad.
* Reportar e investigar incidentes/accidentes, levantando evidencias, apoyando análisis causal y verificando eficacia de medidas correctivas.
* Asegurar control de contratistas y subcontratistas: requisitos SST, inducciones, AST/PTS, uso de EPP y estándares aplicables.
* Implementar y difundir documentación preventiva (procedimientos, charlas, AST, evaluaciones), controlando vigencia y registros.
* Ejecutar inducciones/reinducciones y observaciones preventivas en terreno, reforzando prácticas seguras con enfoque pedagógico.
* Mantener reportabilidad y registros (inspecciones, cierres, capacitaciones, incidentes) para auditorías internas/externas.

Requisitos
* Formación técnica o profesional en Prevención de Riesgos (o afín reconocida para el rol).
* Manejo de Excel y Office (Word/PowerPoint) para reportes, procedimientos y presentaciones; ideal manejo de herramientas digitales de inspección/reportabilidad.
* Registro vigente como Experto en Prevención de Riesgos (según corresponda).
* Experiencia en control preventivo en terreno, investigación de incidentes y aplicación recurrente de IPER/AST y PTS.
