Job Description:

Auxiliar Técnico (Producción)

El Auxiliar Técnico tiene como objetivo apoyar operativa y técnicamente al área de Producción, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y plazos del proyecto. Su rol es clave en el soporte técnico, administrativo y logístico de obra, facilitando la coordinación entre equipos y asegurando la correcta disponibilidad y uso de recursos.

Sus principales funciones se orientan al control de materiales, revisión de documentación técnica, apoyo en supervisión en terreno, registro de avances, gestión documental, y coordinación con proveedores y subcontratos, además del soporte en control de calidad y planificación diaria de actividades.

El cargo requiere formación técnica deseable en construcción u obras civiles, manejo intermedio de herramientas MS Office, conocimientos básicos en AutoCAD y ERP, y certificación obligatoria en Prevención de Riesgos.

Se valoran competencias en interpretación de planos, control de calidad básico y gestión documental.

Se exige una experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en proyectos de construcción u obras civiles, idealmente en funciones de apoyo técnico y logístico en entornos de obra.
