Resumen del cargo:

Buscamos un Bodeguero experimentado para administrar eficientemente las operaciones de almacenamiento y logística en nuestras instalaciones, de acuerdo con las normas de higiene, seguridad y medioambientales vigentes. El candidato ideal será responsable de gestionar la bodega principal y las secundarias, implementar sistemas de organización, coordinar entregas, realizar compras y mantener relaciones con proveedores.

Responsabilidades Principales:

* Administrar la bodega principal en Huérfanos y las bodegas secundarias en Quilicura y Alameda, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene, seguridad y medioambiente.

* Implementar y mantener sistemas de organización como FIFO y 5S, realizando revisiones y actualizaciones de stock semanalmente.

* Coordinar y ejecutar personalmente la recepción, entrega y transporte de productos a las diferentes oficinas de CODELCO (Alameda, Huérfanos, Amunátegui y Complejo Deportivo).

* Efectuar compras utilizando el sistema SAP del cliente y el sistema interno de JLL.

* Gestionar solicitudes de cotizaciones, búsqueda de proveedores y administración de estos.

* Mantener niveles de stock adecuados para asegurar la continuidad operativa de JLL y CODELCO, realizando una planificación diaria de entregas y recepciones.

* Realizar y reportar inventarios mensuales, incluyendo arqueos aleatorios y conteos físicos para contrastar con los registros del sistema.

* Controlar entradas y salidas de existencias, respondiendo a requerimientos específicos de materiales o herramientas.

* Generar informes mensuales de ingresos y salidas de productos de las bodegas.

* Operar el software SAP de CODELCO para el control de stock de suministros específicos.

* Mantener el orden y limpieza de la bodega, asegurando el almacenamiento adecuado de materiales según sus características y normas de seguridad.

* Identificar y gestionar adecuadamente materiales peligrosos, cuando corresponda, siguiendo los protocolos correspondientes.

Requisitos:

* Educación secundaria completa, estudios técnicos en logística o áreas relacionadas son un plus.

* Experiencia comprobable en gestión de bodegas y logística.

* Conocimiento práctico de sistemas de inventario y metodologías como FIFO y 5S.

* Habilidad para operar sistemas SAP y otro software de gestión de inventarios.

* Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas.

* Conocimiento de normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional en el sector construcción.

* Preferentemente, cumplir con el Perfil de Competencias Bodeguero/a definido por Chile Valora (Sector Construcción, Código P-4100-4321-001-V03).
