The Opportunity
We are looking for a Demand Planning and NPI Manager. This role is responsible for leading forecasting and demand planning activities for Chile, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply chain, and financial planning processes.
Collaborates with local and regional teams to drive demand integrity, ensuring clear and reliable requirements for supply planning and business decision-making. The role is accountable for demand analysis, maintenance of sales history, and the development of accurate and actionable forecasts.
This position has a strong participation and coordination role in New Product Introductions (NPI), leading the execution of the local launch process by ensuring alignment across all involved areas and timely readiness of all planning activities.
Provides forecast accuracy metrics and relevant data for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and leads regular interactions with commercial teams to ensure alignment of demand trends, risks, and opportunities.

What You'll Do
* Lead demand planning activities for Chile, including forecast preparation, analysis, and validation based on historical data and business inputs.
* Develop statistical and adjusted forecasts incorporating demand drivers and commercial assumptions.
* Drive alignment through Demand Review and S&OP processes with cross-functional teams.
* Identify risks and opportunities, presenting scenarios to support decision-making.
* Maintain demand planning systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Monitor forecast performance and drive improvements in accuracy, bias, and service levels.
* Own and manage key demand planning variables, including ASP (Average Selling Price), market projections, and market share evolution, ensuring triangulation between market assumptions, financial forecasts, and operational demand plans (volume and value).

Required Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor degree Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
* Minimum Experience of 4 -5 years in Finance, supply chain planning or comparable analytical roles, supply chain forecasting or demand planning, inventory Management Knowledge, and/or related activities.
* Proven experience in comprehensive view of multiple forecast streams (statistical, manually created).
* Working experience in cross-functional teams
* Preferred experience in creating statistical forecast.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.)
* Experience with advanced planning systems such as JDE Demand, APO (SAP Demand Planning system), Demantra (Oracle Demand Planning system).
* English: Superior level
