Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and distribution clients to expand cross-border investment business;
* Build and strengthen partnerships with ETF ecosystem participants, including market makers and investment banks;
* Monitor ETF market developments, industry trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities;
* Work closely with Product, Investment, Marketing and Operations teams to support ETF launches and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
* Existing institutional or distribution client network is preferred;
* Good understanding of ETF primary and secondary market operations;
* Experience in ETFs or cross-border investment business is preferred;
* Knowledge of derivatives (futures, options, swaps, etc.) and hedging strategies is an advantage.

* 熟悉衍生品（期货、期权、掉期等）及对冲机制者优先；
