Job Description

To ensure that clinical trial supplies are stored and dispensed in accordance with established procedures and assist to ensure the facility are maintained to cGMP standards.
* To ensure that all processes are performed in accordance with cGMP.
* To ensure that the warehouse is well maintained in terms of neatness and tidiness.
* To check the accuracy of picked clinical trial supplies according to the client orders.
* To ensure the inventory of supplies is accurately maintained with supporting documentation.
* To receive, pick and pack the incoming shipment according to procedure.
* To prepare for outgoing shipment according to procedure.
* To perform primary packaging jobs according to procedure and instructions.
* To perform second packaging/ labelling jobs according to procedure and instructions.
* To undertake updates of status of clinical trial supplies in the system according to procedure.
Other jobs assigned by superiors.

Location/Division Specific Information:
China Qiming road 1th, Packaging team.

Education: (NA or APAC)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education: (EMEA)
High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent. (***If a Degree or specific Apprenticeship or Technical Certification is required please modify the first sentence and add the specifics here***)

Experience:
Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Good command of computer skills (MS Office)

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds, and use standard office or industrial equipment safely.
Environments ranging from 15-25°C and 2-8°C to -15-25°C
