Overview:
The Customer Renewal Executive (CRE) plays a crucial role in managing assigned customer accounts within the public sector. This position centers on securing on-premise renewals while advocating for innovative cloud migration paths for direct and partner accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the renewal of on-premise public sector support agreements.
- Oversee deal negotiations and manage the commercial responsibilities from opportunity identification through to closure for renewals.
- Leverage internal systems to conduct customer research, assess potential risks, and forecast account activity.
- Identify opportunities to transition existing on-premise customers to cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Promote and apply the Cloud Extension policy to optimize expenditure towards SAP cloud solutions.
- Participate in additional short-term projects in conjunction with core renewal duties.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing issues and escalations.
Experience & Language Requirements:
- Solid understanding of SAP systems and processes.
- Demonstrated commercial experience, including account management strategies and contract negotiations, is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
