Objetivo

Diseñar, desarrollar y facilitar programas de formación técnica y comercial para el portafolio de Industrial Automation, asegurando el desarrollo de capacidades en equipos internos, partners y clientes, y apoyando la adopción de las soluciones Schneider Electric.

Responsabilidades

* Diseñar contenidos de entrenamiento (presentaciones, guías, e-learning, evaluaciones).
* Facilitar sesiones presenciales y virtuales sobre productos IA (PLC, PAC, SCADA, variadores, EcoStruxure).
* Adaptar materiales globales al contexto local.
* Gestionar calendarios, logística y recursos de entrenamiento.
* Administrar contenido en plataformas LMS.
* Medir impacto del aprendizaje (asistencia, satisfacción, certificaciones).
* Mantenerse actualizado en roadmap y tecnologías IA.

Indicadores de Éxito (KPIs)

* Ejecución del plan anual de entrenamientos.
* Satisfacción de participantes.
* Actualización oportuna de contenidos.
* Aumento de certificaciones y engagement en LMS.

Requisitos

* Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afines.
* Experiencia en entrenamiento técnico, diseño instruccional o formación de producto (3+ años).
* Conocimiento en automatización industrial y herramientas de diseño instruccional.
* Habilidades de comunicación, facilitación, organización y aprendizaje continuo.
