Estamos buscando: Imports Specialist - Colombia & Panamá

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en logística internacional y coordinación end to end, capaz de garantizar procesos eficientes, seguros y alineados con estándares de calidad y regulaciones en ambos países.

En esta posición, la persona será responsable de supervisar todo el flujo logístico internacional: desde la planificación en origen, el seguimiento de embarques y tránsito internacional, hasta la nacionalización y la entrega final en las bodegas de Colombia y Panamá. También actuará como punto de conexión entre proveedores, agentes aduaneros, transportistas y equipos internos, asegurando trazabilidad, visibilidad y cumplimiento normativo.

Responsabilidades principales

* Gestionar y supervisar el flujo logístico de extremo a extremo para las operaciones de importación de Colombia y Panamá.

* Coordinar la planificación, el despacho en origen, el seguimiento a bookings, el tránsito internacional y la nacionalización.

* Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos, costos, estándares de calidad, normativas y requisitos documentales.

* Garantizar la trazabilidad completa y la visibilidad del estatus de las cargas para los equipos internos.

* Actuar como enlace entre proveedores, agentes aduaneros, transportistas y áreas internas.

* Identificar oportunidades para optimizar tiempos, costos y mitigar riesgos operativos.

* Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua en la operación logística internacional.

* Gestionar la aprobación de facturas relacionadas con servicios de importación, conforme al alcance del rol.

Requisitos

Formación académica

* Título universitario en comercio internacional, logística, negocios internacionales, ingeniería industrial o áreas afines.

* Dominio avanzado de español e inglés.

Experiencia

* Mínimo dos años de experiencia en cadena de suministro o logística internacional.

* Conocimiento integral de procesos logísticos y regulaciones de importación y exportación.
