About the role
The Marketing Coordinator - Marketing Activation is a business oriented marketing professional responsible for activating End Use Market (EUM) strategies through strong commercial execution. The role focuses on translating strategy into impactful marketing actions that drive customer engagement, support sales effectiveness, and contribute to Kerry's growth objectives.
With a strong understanding of the meat industry, the role operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively managing marketing activation initiatives, solving executional challenges, and continuously improving ways of working. The Marketing Coordinator acts as a key connector between strategy and the market, ensuring marketing plans deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to lead the execution of the EUM strategy, for pipeline growth
* Develop and drive EUM action plans in the sub-region, while measuring impact (Pipeline / New Business)
* Localize product and technology value propositions aligned with local customer needs
* Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure marketing activities drives sales impact
* Engage with customers to communicate value propositions aligned with customer needs, drive co-creation, gather feed-back for future technology offerings and to continuously improve customer experience.
* Analyze market data to develop business insights to inform the strategy, marketing activities and value proposition. Define and execute plans aligned with the area's strategic objectives.
* Manage multiple activation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and efficient use of resources.
* Identify and resolve complex internal and customer-related problems.
* Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
* Indirectly influence and persuade others to adopt new concepts, practices, and approaches.
* Support collections and portfolio development, while pushing their use.
* Connect with local and regional peers, to replicate good practices and change experiences.
Qualifications and skills
- Solid knowledge or background in Food Engineering, Food Science, Engineering, nutrition science and other related fields.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
- Strong stakeholders managements, communication and presentation skills, influencing decision-making through data and market insights.
- Proactive, solution oriented mindset with strong problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high complexity and ambiguity
- Experience in marketing preferably in B2B companies, the meat industry or CPG companies
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands on execution capability.
- Business related travel required
