In this role you will serve as a key, cross-functional Customer Service partner, delivering end-to-end support across systems, processes, and stakeholders, and contributing to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Represents the company to internal and external customers, supporting order processing, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and customer inquiries
* Supports order management, pricing adjustments, credits, returns, and coordination with cross-functional teams
* Approves stock allocations, special pricing, bids, and related commercial adjustments in line with guidelines.
* Supports customer inventory activities using EDI, forecasting, and replenishment tools to ensure service levels
* Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, KPI tracking, reporting, and team meetings, providing feedback and insights to supervisors and leaders

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* High School diploma required
* Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
* Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, and commercial operations
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different organizational levels
* Analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
* Experience working with medical device distributors is advantageous
