Accenture is seeking an experienced, people-oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team of multilingual Digital Advertising Account Specialists. This is a unique opportunity to manage a portfolio-focused team that drives business growth through consultative sales strategies, client education, and data-led performance optimizations-on behalf of a world-renowned digital advertising client.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital media, with deep experience in advertising sales, who thrives on mentoring talent, owning KPIs, and delivering revenue outcomes.
You'll be responsible for building team capability, driving operational excellence, and ensuring a world-class sales experience across a defined Book of Business (BoB). This is not a lead generation role-it's a leadership position focused on scaling success within existing client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Managers focused on retaining, optimizing, and growing a portfolio of advertising clients.
* Own and deliver on core business KPIs: revenue targets, customer satisfaction, pitch/accept rates, and sales quality.
* Drive adoption and sales performance by embedding consultative sales techniques, data-backed strategies, and platform best practices.
* Analyze team workflows, remove blockers, and champion continuous improvement to increase productivity and operational excellence.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, pipeline performance, forecasting, and escalation management within your team.
* Identify top talent, participate in hiring, and support onboarding and career development across the team.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and live coaching sessions to improve sales confidence and execution.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex client challenges, advocating for solutions in partnership with internal teams.
* Foster a high-trust, high-performance culture that aligns individual contributions with business impact.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales excellence, enablement, product, and support teams to drive success at scale.

Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 year full-cycle B2B sales experience; end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for portfolio or territory on pipeline origination, pipeline progression, pipeline close, and post-close acct management.
* Advanced English level C1
* High School diploma required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
* Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
* Specific knowledge of the software and cloud- based technology industry
