The role and opportunities
The Valuation, Modelling & Economics team is part of EY-Parthenon's Transactions and Corporate Finance department, which is one of the leading advisors in the market. Our job is to lay the groundwork for strategic, commercial, investment and transaction-related decisions by combining an analytical financial competency set and an understanding of our client's needs. This specific job post is for an available position in the Valuation team, starting in August 2026.
In Valuation, we perform valuations of companies and individual assets that recognize the need for transparent and robust consulting to satisfy corporate, regulatory, and accounting requirements. We help clients within a broad range of sectors advance their strategic, financial and tax agendas through corporate finance, the use of analytics and economic analyses.
Weekly working hours are on average 15-20 hours, with flexibility during exams.
As part of VME, you will develop professional skills within corporate finance, develop an international network across the Nordics and become an expert in advising clients on their strategic and financial agendas. Moreover, you will get a broad toolbox that includes the ability to prepare complex excel models and in-depth analyses of various companies, sectors, and markets.

* You are currently studying in the first year of your master's degree within finance or economics.

* You are proficient in English, both oral and written.

* You are an experienced user of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Our recruitment process includes the following steps:

You need to complete both the assessment and video by March 29, 2026. Detailed instructions will be provided via email.
You will only be considered for the position once all steps have been completed. Selected candidates will be invited to two rounds of in-person interviews, including one case interview. These interviews will take place in April 2026.
