As IT Project Manager for (COMPANY NAME) Ingredients (AFI), you will be a crucial part in securing timely and value-adding IT deliverables for the (COMPANY NAME) Ingredients organization. (COMPANY NAME) Ingredients is an independent company within the (COMPANY NAME) Group, consisting of a little over 1700 colleagues globally. AFI is the global leader in delivering premium nutrition for the global Early Life Nutrition, Medical, Sports Nutrition and Food Industries - all through the power of whey protein.

How you will make an impact

In the AFI IT team, we are responsible for inspiring, maturing and delivering strong IT solutions to AFI through our delivery setup in Arla IT. You will be key responsible for delivering AFI IT projects that can span through the entire value chain - from Production to Sales. You will often be working with AFI subject matter experts, solution consultants, architects and change managers within many different functional areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Having the responsibility for driving the project portfolio and ensuring its continuous progression by eliminating obstacles. In addition, you will also contribute to the development and improvement of new project requests

* Maintain awareness of budget and resource planning.

* Daily follow-up on tasks and updates using our agile planning tool, Azure DevOps.

* Ensure the alignment between the projects and their business value to monitor that we're moving in the right direction

* Facilitate effective internal communication

The key success factor in this role is to deliver the projects to the AFI organization with the correct solution, at the right time and within budget. This also means that your focus will be on facilitating the required discussions to ensure high and constant focus on creating value.

You will be based in the Arla IT department in Viby, Aarhus with some occasional travel activities (approximately 20-30 days per year).

What will make you successful

We imagine that you:

* Hold a Master's degree in IT Communications (ITKO) or relevant field.

* Have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in project management experience.

* Have experience with delivering SAP projects is a clear advantage along with knowledge of agile methodology.

* To excel in this role, you possess a can-do attitude, actively seek guidance from peers, and demonstrate proactive behavior, ensuring timely and effective communication.

* You must have an agile mindset and be capable of challenging and comprehending complex information.

* Proficiency in English is a must.
