About this role

Just Eat is expanding its delivery services, and we are committed to providing the best customer experience at all times.
With these rapid changes, we must ensure our processes remain lean and updated to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

This role will serve as the essential link between all departments within last-mile deliveries. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and act as our "North Star," providing the guidance necessary to shape our future lean processes.

We're looking for someone who can live our behaviours of lead, deliver and care, bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and push for bold, creative solutions to drive the Just Eat DK vision forward.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Improve cross-channel collaboration to keep best in class customer experience
* Defining and implementing Logistics policies and procedures and contributing to the ongoing optimization of restaurant delivery services processes
* Managing and coordinating the Logistics organization for the assigned geography
* Monitoring and managing logistics performance against set KPIs
* Allocating resources and managing capacity
* Resolving and troubleshooting operational/logistical issues
* Evaluating bottlenecks and contributing to process improvements
* Building and maintaining internal and external relationships (i.e. at the restaurant level)
* Ensuring training and onboarding of new colleagues
* Collaborate with all stakeholders both locally and globally

What will you bring to the team?

* Proven experience in running successful operational projects and improvements with clear goals, leveraging technology, data, and creativity to drive excellence
* Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both local and global stakeholders based around respect and mutual support for success
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously while remaining committed to achieving your goals
* Results-driven, with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently to maximise impact while getting into the details when necessary.
* Strong multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities, stay committed to achieving goals and work with various stakeholders across different levels.
* Self-starter attitude, comfortable with change and thriving in fast-paced environments - build rapidly, test briefly and roll out successes quickly
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic, celebrate team wins, own your results, be happy to give and receive feedback
