Are you familiar with product registration in the medical device industry? And do you just love it when things are organized and complex paperwork checks out because of your amazing coordination skills?
Put those skills to use as you join us in helping people worldwide enjoy better sound through our advanced hearing aids. As our new Compliance Specialist, you'll ensure our products meet approval and documentation standards for Global Partner Sales and release them once requirements are met. You will archive documentation and update compliance records, working closely with the Product Registration Specialist and Customer Care to support timely product delivery.

In Global Partner Sales, we sell our solutions through local distributors in over 90 countries. And to do so, we need to ensure that every single product follows market-specific legislation.
Coordinate vital documentation processes
Working with our launch manager and product registration specialist, you will secure regulatory approvals and documentation for our products. We need an organized compliance specialist to streamline release processes, implement new procedures, and support product registration. You must balance the fast pace of sales with strict corporate quality standards.
Doing so, you will:
* Oversee compliance-related activities, including the maintenance of compliance lists and archives
* ensure all documentation and evidence are accurate and up-to-date.
* Provide support to customer care and manage updates to certificates and documentation on e-commerce platforms.
* Responsible for notifying partners via email regarding the expiration of registration certificates.
To thrive in the role,
We imagine you have solid experience from an administrative role with customer contact. Experience handling homologation and quality processes and quality systems within the medical device industry would be highly valued, but either way, you:
* Are highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented, and know how to handle multiple documents and coordinate activities
* Are effective at managing coordination efforts and maintaining clear communication
* Are service-minded, with an ability take initiative to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything comes together
* Enjoy collaborating across cultures
* Can communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
