Poste et missions : *Participate in project management and communication to stakeholders. *Create reports and visualizations with Power BI to track KPIs for various tools. (Spend analysis, Marketplaces, Catalogs in Ivalua, eSourcing, eAttestations, VMM, etc.). *Update support documents following tool upgrades: Video, MODOP, Webinar agenda, etc. *Analyse Help Desk ticket volumes. *Coordinate and organize training courses *Support the Digital team in carrying out certain administrative tasks relating to purchasing tools already deployed (Ivalua - SAP Ariba)
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Degree in Purchasing (Bac + 4) Fluent in Spanish/English Power BI, Word, Excel, Powerpoint Good communication skills At ease with technical tools and data handling
