About this position
What you´ll do
* Builds, refines and periodically recalibrates the statistical models and algorithms based on business needs and sales behavior
* Tracks weekly / monthly / yearly evolution of key KPIs and identifies performance opportunities or risks
* Collaborates closely with dx in continuous improvements on models or other requirements
* Supports process excellence, adherence and standardization globally through data analytics
* Collects, processes, structures and analyses data from multiple sources with the aim to extract relevant insights
* Collaborates closely with other SC Planning teams and neighboring functions to refine the models and adjust them to region specifics
* Designing and implements continuous improvement actions in the analytical tools and technical processes Identifies issues to be tackled and performs the corresponding root cause analysis
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on Data Science; a Master's degree in Data Science is considered an asset
* Min. 2 years of experience in a Data Science or related role; previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective communication skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
* Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment with colleagues across the globe
