YOUR MISSION
The Workday Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related matters, managing Jira requests, resolving system incidents, and ensuring seamless collaboration between DH Central and Glovo while maintaining data integrity and optimizing system functionality.
THE JOURNEY
* Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
* Analyze, investigate, and resolve Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
* Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
* Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
* Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
* Work closely with the People Team to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
* Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.

What you need to be successful

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
* Proven experience working with Workday in a functional or technical capacity.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
* Experience managing Jira requests and working within an agile framework.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a plus.
