Engagement and Systems Manager - Responsible Sourcing

Description -
The Engagement and Systems Manager in the HP Global Responsible Sourcing Team is responsible for leading stakeholder engagement initiatives and managing the development, integration, and continuous improvement of systems and processes that support human rights and environmental due diligence across HP's value chain. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire Global Responsible Sourcing program, including both environmental and human rights components and the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable insights. The candidate will communicate program objectives, requirements, and outcomes effectively in both internal and external stakeholder engagements to very different categories of stakeholders, from procurement teams to workers, from industry collaborative action to internal management, and ensure these are reflected, implemented and assumable in the design and implementation of processes and systems.

What a Engagement and Systems Manager - Responsible Sourcing does at HP:
* Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, including planning, mapping, and coordination with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams.
* Oversee the creation, integration, and maintenance of management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for responsible sourcing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
* Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee bulk and key engagement activities to support effective communication and coordination across teams, and within the value chain.
* Manage centralized documentation and records, including document control, reporting schedules, and retention protocols.
* Lead internal training, webinars, and knowledge sharing to build organizational awareness and capacity on human rights and environmental topics.
* Support and amplify HP's participation in relevant industry memberships and collaborative initiatives, building internal and external relationships

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
* Demonstrated experience in human rights due diligence.
* Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD, and United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
* Experience in developing and implementing management systems, SOPs, and records management protocols.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
