The Position

The Opportunity

Global Customer Support (GCS) is the global organization responsible for Technical Services in the Diagnostics Division, which ensures end-user success. We set the standards of innovative and best-in-class service excellence for Roche Diagnostics by keeping our customers at the center of everything we do. We are their voice, and the bridge between them and the Global Business teams, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the center of product designs and updates. Thereby, we support them across borders with solutions by providing training, knowledge, spare parts, and tools to meet their needs. Therefore, by equipping them with the right tools and developing their skills, we enable and maintain customers' operations, contributing to shaping healthcare now and allowing them to change lives tomorrow.

Within Knowledge & Learning Excellence, we collaborate to deliver the right knowledge and learning in the right language and channel to our customers and service staff, accelerating learning and improving customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of the Service Learning Excellence Subchapter, your primary focus will be developing modularized, task-based, digital-first and online-first learning journeys, for staff and customers. These programs will cover technical and core skills, from the initial scoping phase through the final evaluation. You will drive the creation of high-quality content, collaborating with third-party vendors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure learner-centricity, scalability, and cost efficiency.

* You will lead the end-to-end development of training programs for staff and customers, ensuring they meet strategic business goal overseeing the scoping and design of digital, virtual, and instructor-led modules, maintaining a focus on modern learning methodologies.
* You will manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring content delivery aligns with Roche quality standards and timelines.
* You will drive the curation and maintenance of learning programs in the global learning repository, to ensure materials remain relevant and accessible.
* You will implement robust evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness and business impact of learning initiatives leading quality assurance activities and process improvements to streamline global learning delivery.
* You will engage with global stakeholders and the Master Trainer Community to drive co-creation and continuously evolve training strategies.

Who you are

* You have proven experience in instructional design and the development of comprehensive training programs with strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
* You have expertise in vendor management and content curation within a global context and advanced skills in quality assurance and learning process optimization.
* You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities & Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data and drive data-informed decisions.
* You have a high cultural intelligence and experience working in diverse, global environments.
* You have an agile mindset with the ability to thrive in rapidly changing business landscapes.

Emerging Capabilities

* Expertise in leveraging digital learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and LXP technologies.
* Proficiency in applying AI-driven tools and adaptive learning solutions to enhance the learner experience.
* Ability to identify and integrate emerging trends in EdTech and corporate learning.
* Advanced capability in using data visualization tools and dashboards to track learning KPIs.
