🔍 What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Bid Office Specialist to support the preparation, coordination, and quality assurance of commercial proposals. The ideal candidate has experience in complex bid environments and plays a key transversal role supporting the Bid Manager and the offer team, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, and risk and profitability criteria.

📌 Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain the documentary structure of bids, including volumes, deliverables, and compliance matrices.
* Configure and manage collaborative work repositories, ensuring access control, traceability, and version control.
* Plan and manage bid schedules, milestones, deliverables, and internal and external dependencies.
* Coordinate information flow among technical, commercial, financial, legal, and procurement teams.
* Support the Bid Manager in kick-off meetings, bid reviews, and overall bid organization.
* Verify compliance with customer requirements (RFP/RFQ/ITT) and ensure consistency across technical, commercial, financial, and contractual volumes.
* Apply corporate standards, templates, and presentation guidelines to all bid documentation.
* Coordinate and validate inputs from partners and subcontractors, including required external deliverables.
* Support administrative bid activities, including opportunity tracking and preparation of documentation for internal committees.
* Assist in governance and risk control by collecting inputs from corporate functions and supporting internal approval processes.

🎯 Requirements
* University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Experience in preparation and management of complex bids, preferably in institutional or international environments.
* Knowledge of bid management processes, including Go/No-Go decisions, reviews, and internal committees.
* Experience in technical-commercial proposal development and document management.
* Familiarity with collaborative tools and structured document repositories.
* High level of professional English.
* Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills, with high attention to detail and deadline orientation.
