THE WORK: Explore new opportunities to build knowledge and support collaborative efforts while engaging in problem solving discussions. This role will involve developing expertise with Microsoft Windows 11, fostering growth and contribution in a dynamic environment. We warmly invite you to join us and make a meaningful impact together. Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes. Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents. Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments. Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service level agreements. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Microsoft Windows 11. Beginner proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Education requirements are not specified for this opportunity. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in NetWorker Backup Administration. Beginner proficiency in Python Automation. Intermediate proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. Intermediate proficiency in system monitoring and reporting. Beginner proficiency in documentation and process improvement.
