What You'll Do:

SRE should enable processes of IT systems engineering, operations and support.

Main Responsibilities:
● Operate IT systems and (COMPANY NAME) Office IT infrastructure
● Administer internal IT part of (COMPANY NAME) infrastructure

● Introduce new information systems, support and enhance existing ones
● Research possible solutions based on end user needs
● Ensure good monitoring/replication/backup/security, i.e. service reliability
● Automate recurring tasks, develop scripts/patches
● Integrate different information systems with each other
● Act as the 2nd line support for IT systems and Office IT infrastructure
● Project work related to IT systems and Office IT infrastructure improvement and introduction of new ones
● Write technical documentation

Who You Are:

● You have:
○ Strong knowledge of Linux internals and TCP/IP stack networking, web servers
○ Experience with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
○ Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
○ Extensive experience shipping containerized applications with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or similar
○ Experience with databases in SQL and NoSQL
○ Strong Bash scripting skills or at least one programming language (Python)
○ Knowledge of IAC (Terraform)
○ Experience with monitoring and APM tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic stack,
● You are fluent in English, written and spoken
● You have a problem solving mindset
● You have a "team first" and customer oriented mindset
