Azure Enablement Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Enablement Engineer to join our team at NN and help us achieve our goal of becoming a socially responsible tech company that delivers digital products our customers love.

Your Impact as Azure Enablement Engineer: What are you going to do
* Enable DevOps teams to adopt Azure through self-service platforms and standardized solutions
* Design and maintain Azure landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure DevOps)
* Develop and promote reusable platform services and templates for scalable cloud adoption
* Guide teams on Azure best practices (security, governance, networking, compliance)
* Act as a bridge between platform teams, DevOps teams, and stakeholders
* Drive platform standardization and InnerSource collaboration across teams
* Support automation and CI/CD integration for cloud infrastructure deployments
* Present, demo, and document platform capabilities and services

Who You Are:
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
* Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, automation)
* Solid experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
* Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand business needs
* Strong collaboration, communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
* Technically curious and eager to innovate

Nice to Have:
* Experience with Power BI (or willingness to learn)
* Knowledge of Azure governance, networking, and security best practices
* Experience in large-scale cloud environments
* Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and CI/CD patterns
