About the opportunity
YOUR MISSION
In Glovo On-Demand, we help partners power their own delivery channels using our world-class logistics network. Because we operate on a different tech stack than the main Glovo app, we have the freedom to move fast, test new features, and build dedicated solutions for high-volume partners.
Since this is a young business unit, we don't have all the answers yet-and that's where you come in. You won't just be monitoring dashboards; you'll be a key part of our HQ Ops team, digging into the 'why' behind the numbers. Whether it's performing a root cause analysis or redesigning a workflow to fix a recurring KPI drop, you'll have the autonomy to find the problem and own the solution working alongside Growth, Operations, Product and Technology teams.

THE JOURNEY
* Own operations and projects in several countries where On Demand operates
* Conduct Ops metric analysis, identify improvement areas and execute upgrades working along partners
* Monitor and track the metrics on a weekly basis and together with each of the country ops teams come up with plans to address opportunities
* Ensure our standards are maintained across managed countries, working closely with international teams to understand and address any issues.
* Leading data-reviews with country managers to convert weekly metrics into 3-4 high-impact action items.
* Interact with several core business teams for the areas of Operations, Logistics, Product, Legal and Growth
* Work in an international team of young, talented and highly motivated people
What you need to be successful
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
* 2+ years in a high-growth tech environment or a highly analytical operations role.; background in high-growth tech startups, operations, marketplaces, consulting or similar industries is a plus.
* Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Intermediate skills in SQL, Excel and dashboard creation.
* Proactiveness, reliability and autonomy to manage partner relationships. Can "translate" complex data findings into actionable steps for non-technical operations managers on the ground.
* Developed communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, or Economics).
* Proficiency in English.
