We are currently looking for a:
Operations Efficiency Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Onboard and mentor cohorts of interns focused on workforce optimization projects.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among intern teams.
* Lead site-based assessments to uncover labor inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with park operations teams to validate findings and co-develop actionable solutions.
* Quantify savings opportunities and track implementation progress.
* Apply WFM methodologies (forecasting, scheduling, staffing models) to support initiatives.
* Ensure alignment with broader labor strategy and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Leverage data analytics to support decision-making and performance reporting.
* Partner with park leadership, P&O, and finance teams to ensure buy-in and sustainability of initiatives.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in workforce management, operations, consulting, or labor optimization (3+ years preferred)
* Previous hospitality, amusement park, theme park, or water park experience is a plus.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing early-career or intern programs.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Professional fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
* Working knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles and their applicability to labor management.
Requirements:
* Ability to frequently travel to the Group's European locations throughout the summer (70-80% expected travel)
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, beginner-intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
* Ability to think creatively while maintaining accordance with business constraints.
* Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
* Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines for several stakeholders.
* Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
