Descripción del puesto:

Entity: Supply, Trading & Shipping

Job Family Group: Procurement & Supply Chain Management Group

Job Description:
bp is reimagining energy for people and our planet.
We provide heat, light, and mobility to customers worldwide. We're fundamentally redefining what we do, so we can reach net zero by 2050 or sooner. We also have a strong mission to help the whole world reach net zero too - working across our industry to improve people's lives.
It's a core value for us that the differences we see in the world around us are reflected in our workplace. Who you are is what counts, not where you're from or how you live your life. A culture that values everyone benefits all of us. That's why, to help our people thrive, we cultivate a truly diverse and inclusive environment.

Join us as a Business Process Specialist Supply!
The Business Process Specialist Supply supports end-to-end supply processes across SAP and connected systems, helping to ensure stable daily operations and reliable system performance.
The role focuses on system and process support, data quality, testing, and continuous improvement within the supply landscape. Working closely with supply teams, super users, and IT, the role contributes to digitalisation, standardisation, and transformation initiatives that enable efficient and resilient supply operations.

We operate in a hybrid work model, requiring four days per week in the office.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the stable and smooth running of end-to-end supply processes across SAP and connected systems.
* Act as a support point for system, process, or data-related requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and operational stability.
* Assist in monitoring process flows, system behaviour, and dependencies to help ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
* Support the coordination of interfaces and data flows between SAP and connected trading or planning systems, working with IT and business teams to help identify and resolve issues.
* Contribute to system transformation initiatives, supporting activities such as process documentation, testing, and post-go-live stabilisation.
* Take part in testing and quality assurance activities, including defining test scopes, preparing test cases, and performing functional and regression testing.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change-related activities for system or process enhancements.
* Contribute to digitalisation and automation initiatives, supporting improvements in data handling, uploads, and process efficiency together with senior colleagues.
* Assist in documenting, updating, and standardising supply processes across regions, supporting global alignment and consistent ways of working.
* Support data quality and integrity by helping maintain accurate master data and monitoring data consistency across systems.
* Provide functional guidance and user support, helping users navigate system or data questions and supporting preparation of operational reports or materials.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, including supply teams, super users, and global process owners.
* Support system-related projects by contributing to documentation, coordination, and testing activities across teams.

What you will need to be successful
* Experience in supply operations, system support, or business process support within a complex operational environment.
* Good understanding of end-to-end supply processes and their reliance on systems and data.
* Hands-on experience with SAP.
* Experience supporting system integration, data flows, or interfaces between applications.
* Familiarity with testing and quality assurance activities, such as regression testing or UAT.
* Interest or experience in digitalisation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support issue resolution in day-to-day operations.
* Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented and organised working style with strong prioritisation skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
