We're looking for a Content Specialist to join our Spain marketing team and help us turn every piece of content into a real business opportunity. Your Mission & Responsibilities:
At Factorial's content team for the Spanish market, every piece we publish has a clear purpose: showcase Factorial's value, build trust with our ICP, and open real business opportunities. As part of the team, these are the projects you'll be involved in:
* 📄 Downloadable content: Ebooks, whitepapers and guides aimed at our ICP in Spain. Pieces that educate, build trust and start commercial conversations.
* 🌐 Web & Landings: Product pages, blog, download pages and paid landings. Content that doesn't just inform, it converts.
* 🔍 SEO, AEO & GEO: We work on Factorial's organic visibility in Spain end-to-end, from traditional SEO to optimization for generative engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity or AI Overview. Search is changing fast, and you'll be at the forefront of that shift.
* 🎥 Video content: YouTube, Instagram, paid and AI-oriented positioning videos. Different formats, one goal: making sure Factorial shows up wherever our customers are looking.
* 🤝 Team support: Webinars, roundtables, talks and events. The content team ensures that everything Factorial communicates in Spain is consistent and editorially sharp.

What We Are Looking For:
We're looking for someone with a business mindset and editorial sensibility, someone who won't settle for doing things the way they've always been done, and who sees content as a real growth lever, not an end in itself.
* 📈 Business mindset: You understand that content exists to generate pipeline. You measure success in business opportunities, not just visits or impressions.
* ✍️ Excellent writer in Spanish: You have your own editorial voice, you know how to form and defend an opinion, and you help Factorial's content stand out in an increasingly saturated market.
* 🔎 SEO experience and knowledge of AEO/GEO: You have a proven track record in organic positioning and a genuine curiosity for how generative search engines are evolving.
* 🔄 Versatile and non-conformist: You adapt to different formats and projects without losing focus. You're constantly looking to improve processes, not just execute them.
* 📊 Analytical mindset: You read data and use it to iterate. Tools like Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush or similar are part of your day-to-day.
* 🤝 Autonomous and collaborative: You can take projects from start to finish independently, while working effectively with teams like Design, Paid or Sales.
