Funciones:

* Gestionan comercial de la cartera de clientes existentes de un tamaño de

* Fidelización de las cuentas.

* Buscar oportunidades de upsell y cross sell en estas cuentas.

* Realizar el proceso de renovaciones de la póliza.

* Realizar visitas de mantenimiento al cliente

* Interlocución con los brokers que gestionan dichos clientes.

Requisitos:

* Persona con experiencia comercial mínima de 5 años en canal B2B, preferiblemente en la venta de seguros de salud.

* Habituado a interlocución con los responsables de RRHH.

* Conocimientos sobre el canal de mediación.

* Alta capacidad de interlocución, comunicación y negociación.

* Persona habituada a generar contactos en eventos de networking.

* Ofimática: imprescindible usuario habitual del paquete office.

* Nivel de Inglés Alto deseable.
