The role is to cover Catalunya and you should be based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
* Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
* Promoting and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
* Conducting market research including customers and competitors activities.
* Implementing market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
* Communicating customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
* Availability to travel 30% of the time

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree, Pharmaceutical/Medical/ Science background.
* At least 2 years selling experience in the medical device industry
* Highly valuable experience in Neurosurgery/Orthopedics units
* Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace
* Fluency in English
* Knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement)
* Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
* Full clean driver license
