MAIN PURPOSE

As a sales associate, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively providing a great customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximise profitability and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Client Experience: Welcome and greet all clients to ensure they feel comfortable, building relationships to assist in selecting the right products while offering advice.
* Sales Process: Introduce additional complementary products, share product knowledge, and process sales in a professional manner.
* CRM & Follow-up: Gather and collate client CRM details to build the client book and ensure personal follow-up.
* Store Standards: Maintain store stock standards and adhere to visual merchandise (VM) guidelines to promote the brand image.
* Professionalism: Exceed behavioral requirements and adhere to dress code and appearance guidelines.
* Product Knowledge: Actively drive product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends and brand storytelling.
* Operations: Support the control and management of stock.A business contributor:

* Achieve sales targets and KPIs and contribute to the Point of Sales' action plans.
* Communicate high quality feedbacks to Managers.
* Be aware of the business environment, including local competition rankings, turnover, and best practices.A client developer:

* Master the selling ceremony from welcoming to after-sales services.
* Build loyalty through long-term relationships using data collection, thank you cards, and invitations.
* Create connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and conciergeries.A buddy and team player:

* Demonstrate team spirit and help others improve their skills, especially new joiners.
* Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to guarantee business continuity.PROFILE

* Brand Promoter: Embody the brand DNA by mastering the House's heritage and current positioning.
* Communication: Ability to adapt communication to each client profile.
* Mindset: Demonstrate a positive mindset, politeness, and appropriate body language and vocabulary in all circumstances.
* Languages:English and Spanish are mandatory
