About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the energetic team at our La Marzocco Spain branch.
We are looking for a HOME Sales Coordinator with excellent organizational skills, time management, and great communication abilities.

Position

You will be responsibile for the following actitivities:

* Support for existing customers
* Acquisition of new customers
* Consultancy for B2C customers
* Arranging and preparing appointments with customers
* Coordination and support of sales activities
* Supporting the sales targets
* Presentation of new products
* Attending trade fairs and events
* Collaboration at events
* Product training for customers
* Supervision of showroom activities
* Maintenance of customer data
* Continuous further development and optimisation of internal processes in coordination with the Manager
* Order processing
* Creating reports and analyses
* Reporting to management

Requirements

Overall, we are looking for someone who has/is:

* Previous experience in the same role
* Passion for coffee
* Ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel
* Strong communication skills
* Organisational talent
* Analytical skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and very good written and spoken English.
* Experience with MS Office programmes.
* Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
