What You'll Contribute And Master
* Operational Vigilance: Actively support daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, playing a key role in servicing and maintaining critical infrastructure.
* Safety First Advocate: Help maintain a secure and compliant work environment by ensuring the site's conditions consistently meet the highest safety standards.
* Rapid Response Specialist: React promptly to Building Management System alarms and assist in completing emergency repairs, directly contributing to the continuity of critical operations.
* Vendor Collaboration: Work alongside third-party vendors, ensuring their adherence to company processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations to maintain our stringent quality standards.
* Performance Oversight: Proactively monitor subcontractor performance against Master Service Agreements, alerting management to any discrepancies to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Maintenance Execution: Perform essential planned preventative maintenance (PM) and execute corrective repairs on a wide array of data center equipment, ensuring peak operational efficiency.
* HVAC System Monitoring: Regularly check the Building Management System (BMS) for running and alarm conditions, contributing to the timely resolution of HVAC-related client issues.
* Critical Data Collection: Conduct thorough building walkthroughs, accurately taking vital meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and other utilities for comprehensive data tracking.
* Fault Resolution: Assist in diagnosing and fixing facility and plant faults and defects, restoring systems to optimal functionality.
* Process & Safety Adherence: Consistently execute assigned work according to established processes and procedures, strictly upholding all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
* Quality Assurance: Perform routine quality checks, ensuring comprehensive and accurate maintenance records are maintained for audit readiness and operational excellence.
* Continuous Development: Engage in all required training, enhancing your technical skills and ensuring successful completion of all job-related responsibilities.

What You'll Need
* Training in a Technical discipline having served an apprenticeship or equivalent with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays
* Must be able to Meet the physical requirements of this role.
* To effectively present information to an internal department, client, management and/or colleagues.
* Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
* Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
* Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
