LOBST distribue la marque VILEBREQUIN sur le territoire Français, dans le cadre d'un contrat de distribution passé avec T.R.B. International SA. Les activités de LOBST sont les suivantes : ? Gestion du périmètre France : ? Activité de détail (« retail ») : o 15 boutiques au 30/06/2025 ? 11 permanentes : 5 à Paris, 3 à Cannes, 1 à Nice, 1 à Aix-en-Provence, 1 Outlet La Vallée Village ? 4 Saisonnières : 2 à Saint Tropez, 1 à Juan les Pins, 1 à Deauville ? Activité de distribution (« wholesale ») en France : o Grand magasins : Galeries Lafayette, Bon Marché, Printemps o Commissions affiliation ou franchise o Magasins Duty Free dans des aéroports o Multimarques (point de ventes dans des hôtels, magasins spécialisés etc…)
Develop and manage the implementation of all marketing plans including commercial promotions, influencers programs and product launches, and all other marketing initiatives. Coordinates NY and Paris teams. Identify new opportunities to drive business in stores and online and drive customer acquisitions. Build strategic partnerships to build brand equity Collaborate with key stakeholders and departments in order to create and maintain an integrated marketing and promotional calendar Create and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders including malls, merchants, outside agencies, tastemakers, and influencers. Manages monthly mall requests and LRA budgets. (US+Mexico) Organize events in partnership with the PR team Work with the team to manage and create all company and marketing/PR related collateral, branded materials, content, and campaigns Manages catalog, design, production and distribution (twice a year) Spearheads the CRM strategy. Manages lists, content and ensure timely completion of campaigns Review website on a weekly basis to ensure prices and descriptions accuracy. Approves newsletters. Budget and monitor annual marketing plans
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
2 years of marketing experience (fashion/retail a preferred) Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similarly related field. Proficiency with multiple computer programs including excel Strong analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate ideas and pitch via multiple channels (phone, e-mail, Skype, in person, etc.) Strong attention to detail, with proven track record to plan, organize, set expectations/priorities, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work well and collaborate with others, and maintain a positive work environment Proven track record of driving results, utilize resources, create short and long term solutions, and take initiative to manage results within a timely manner Strong work ethic and creative skills
