* Clinical Excellence: Assessing the psychological and developmental needs of high-risk infants to promote healthy parent-infant bonding.
* Program Innovation: Engaging in program development to enhance perinatal mental health services and psychosocial support within the NICU.

A Collaborative Environment

You won't work in a silo. This role thrives on high-level integration with:
* NICU Care Teams: Working alongside neonatologists, nurses, and social workers to build comprehensive, holistic care plans.
* Psychology Faculty: Collaborating with pediatric psychologists across other medical specialties on training and cross-specialty interventions.
* The Next Generation: Participating in our multi-tier training program, with potential opportunities to contribute to the University of Washington APA-accredited psychology internship.
