Learning OD Practice
* Perform LD activities supporting pre-hire and post-hire processes.
* Support the implementation of LD and HR programs, courses, and learning initiatives.
* Track, analyze, and report data related to LD programs, courses, and projects.
* Maintain learning records and documentation in learning systems.
LD Operations
* Complete basic and repetitive operational tasks related to LD.
* Work under guidance of experienced team members to learn LD operational policies, programs, and processes.
* Assist in resolving issues raised by managers, employees, HR partners, vendors, or team members.
* Produce training-related reports and basic analysis.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of LD programs as required.
Stakeholder Interaction
* Primarily interfaces with internal LD, HR, and business team members and managers.
* May interact with Finance or other internal teams to complete tasks or exchange information.
Problem Solving Decision Making
* Uses established policies, procedures, and processes to resolve issues or answer questions.
* Escalates complex issues to more experienced specialists.
Basic Qualifications
* Associate or Bachelor's degree (or relevant coursework) in Human Resources, Learning Development, Organizational Development, Adult Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* Early experience (internship, rotation, project work, or 0-2 years role) supporting:
* Training coordination or delivery
* HR or people programs
* Data tracking, reporting, or operations
* Ability to work 3:2 Hybrid Schedule in Morrisville, NC (3 days in office and 2 flex).

Preferred Qualifications
* Coursework, certification, or demonstrated interest in Learning Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness.
* Exposure to or foundational knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or facilitation (formal or on-the-job).
* Comfort using learning systems, HR systems, or basic data/reporting tools (e.g., LMS, Excel, dashboards).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes while learning broader LD practices.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills and willingness to engage with internal stakeholders.
* Curiosity, learning agility, and interest in building a career in corporate Learning Development.
