Key Account Manager - CVRM - Central Estonia

What you'll do
We're looking for a driven Key Account Manager to deliver sales targets and expand access to AstraZeneca CVRM product portfolio across Central Estonia. You will own relationships with GPs, Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, KOLs, and Therapeutic Area groups, shaping formularies and treatment protocols while executing omnichannel engagement to the highest ethical and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities
* Own the district plan: Lead account planning and deliver sales targets across priority accounts and customer segments (GPs, Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, KOLs, TA groups).
* Expand access: Influence regional formularies and protocols to enable appropriate access to AZ medicines.
* Drive customer engagement: Book, execute, and follow up on meetings via face-to-face, phone, Webex/virtual, email, and events; tailor the right activities to the right customers at the right time.
* Promote responsibly: Deliver clear, balanced communication of benefits and risks to healthcare decision makers in line with BOP and Ethical Interaction policies.
* Collaborate to amplify impact: Coordinate with cross-functional AZ colleagues to maximize regional share of voice and pursue joint projects.
* Optimize performance: Manage budgets and ROI; maintain accurate, timely data in sales support systems; ensure tasks meet quality, procedural, legal, and internal standards.
* Upskill the team: Support leadership with ongoing training on therapeutic area/product knowledge and selling skills.
* Build relationships: Identify, create, and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers and decision makers.

Your profile
* Education: University degree or equivalent.
* Experience in pharmaceutical sales as a sales representative, with results across multiple product areas would be beneficial however we can consider sales experience from other industries if you have a medical/scientific degree.
* Customer excellence: Persuasive communicator in group and one-to-one settings and at congress/product booths; strong negotiation skills.
* Omnichannel fluency: Confident using digital tools and platforms for virtual and hybrid customer interactions.
* Collaboration & leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build networks; project leadership and coaching capabilities.
* Commercial mindset: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and results orientation.
* Languages: Excellent proficiency in local language and English.
* Other: Valid driver's licence; proficient with computers/devices; willing and able to travel within the region as needed.
