Your Role

About the Role
* Lead the global procurement strategy for the Flowers, Herbs & Aromatics portfolio within the Fragrance Division.
* Collaborate with the Innovation Team and regional procurement to deliver competitive and sustainable sourcing solutions.
* Act as a strategic ambassador, leveraging market insights and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Category & Strategy Leadership
* Shape and deploy the global-to-regional category strategy.
* Develop long-term sourcing approaches and monitor global natural ingredient markets.

Supplier Management & Negotiation
* Select & evaluate suppliers, lead strategic negotiations and secure supply chains.
* Manage supplier governance, performance, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure consistent quality management across the portfolio.

Innovation, Sustainability & Transformation
* Partner with Innovation Team on new ingredients and technologies.
* Collaborate on sustainability initiatives (traceability, certifications, biodiversity...).
* Support digitalization and procurement transformation programs.

Execution & Operational Excellence
* Coordinate global negotiations and support regional sourcing execution.
* Contribute to sourcing events, supplier meetings, and procurement projects.
* Align global and regional stakeholders and support change initiatives.
* Use data to guide spend optimization and risk mitigation.
About You

Qualifications & Experience
* Background in procurement, business or related field.
* 5-7 years in procurement, ideally in naturals or fragrance related commodities.
* Strong category management and global sourcing expertise.
* Knowledge of natural ingredients (flowers, herbs, aromatics).
* Proven negotiation capability and portfolio management.
* Experience in niche markets, transformation, and stakeholder management.
